My biggest complaint is after leaving Dauphin restaurant for dinner, I took a spill off of the curb, the security lady patrolling outside of the hotel saw this occur, and despite me being injured with bloody knees, she never asked my husband or I if we needed help. ”fabulous stay”

”On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. ”

”Rondia at the front desk was super kind and courteous, and she professionally kept my personal and room number details quiet as there was someone else nearby. That should happen all the time, but it doesn’t. Hotel was nice and clean. Lobby is fun. ”
