”Average hotel, very basic. Needs little bit freshening up. Rooms were spacious, but bot outdated. Staff at the breakfast room was very nice and helpful, but the staff at the reception was not very helpful and accationally rude. They promised to help with stuff, but then they never did.”

”We had an unpleasant stay in this hotel. It started from the beginning when we got to our room. We never received the key from the bellboy who took us to our room. We had to go to the reception to get one. Then we noticed we only had one towel -> again to the reception. Waited 50 minutes for the one single towel. After that we realized our safety is closed -> reception. Again. Minor things but you expect those kinds of things to be in order in a 4 -star hotel.
The major setback happened a night...
