Muy bien todo en cuanto la Habitación, solo que el room service pidió mi hijo una hamburguesa y se la Llevaron cruda y le hizo daño unas hora más tarde y el Restaurante de autor nada recomendable, chequen bien los platillos cero sabor , nada rico

I wasn’t wild about the à la carte breakfast. It’s essentially Mexican food. I think a buffet offers more variety. That said, the hotel is comfortable. I left a much needed item in the room. The staff happily agreed to send it on, but despite several contacts, failed to follow through.

Lovely, clean spot with a fun roof, good gym, and friendly staff. The one downside is the location (while central to a lot of things) is a very busy street that gets sirens, car horns, etc, so a higher floor and/or ear plugs is helpful.

This place used to be a Holiday Inn…it has been magically turned into my favorite go to place in CDMX. Location, parking, amazing amount of good free food, excellent rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing view, gift store, and front desk service all top notch. We will always return to Zoc Cent!
