”Staff was very accommodating, we called ahead to let them know we’d be arriving late for check in and they were prepared. You get vouchers for a couple local places and parking pass which is very nice to have especially in the summer season. One night we came back to fresh baked cookies which were a delicious surprise! ”

”We had an oceanfront room on the third floor of the south tower. The room and view were Lovely and the staff was very helpful (even though my room wasn’t ready and it was past the 4pm check-in time). After going to sleep, I was awoken in the middle of the night by a very loud sound I can only describe as a wind tunnel…I was awake most of the night because of it. In the morning I asked if anyone had complained and was told maintenance would check. It wasn’t a motor cycling or any other...

”The property was beautiful, right on the beach. Rooms were clean, sheets were comfortable, and the staff is awesome. It was so convenient having a kitchen with microwave fridge and stove in the room. Can’t wait to stay again.”

”My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. ”

”Very nice hotel. The staff was great. The rooms are pretty and clean. I love that it's on the beach! I like the happy hour, cookie dessert, and the breakfast was good too. The only thing is if your room is above the lobby like mine was you can hear everything especially at 7am in the morning when the staff is getting breakfast ready/ having a meeting. I would stay again but not in the room above the lobby. ”

”Beach view was obstructed. Balconies do not directly face the beach and are very small. The hotel was under construction which I was not informed of. ”
