Modern Apartment "Oberplunerhof - Kronplatz" with Wi-Fi and Balcony

Oberplunerhof is located in Kiens, in the heart of South Tyrol, just 15 minutes from the Kronplatz ski area—perfect for active guests and those seeking relaxation. Set apart from the village, you enjoy a peaceful location with views of the valley and river, surrounded by meadows and forests. The "Kronplatz" apartment on the first floor accommodates 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a living and sleeping area (sofa bed) and double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet, satellite TV, and internet. Two balconies invite you to relax.



The spacious garden offers a sunbathing lawn, a terrace with barbecue, a hammock, and a playground. Hiking trails start right at the property, and in winter, Kronplatz offers slopes and cross-country trails. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are just minutes away.



A special service: fresh bread, milk, and eggs are delivered to your door. You can fish for trout at a nearby farm and grill them fresh. Guests also receive a guest card with many benefits: free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, guided hikes, discounts on rafting, tandem flights, and more.



Families can visit the farm with around 30 dairy cows or spend a day at the family mountain pasture. Homemade products like jam, honey, syrup, apple juice, and eggs (seasonal) complete the offer.



Parking is available. Dogs are welcome (for an extra fee). The extra fee for dogs, ordered products, and the local tax are payable on site. Minimum stay: 3 nights, 7 nights in high season. For shorter stays, an extra fee applies.
