”The hotel is very conveniently and safely located. The airport bus stop is near and there is also a nice park for morning run, if you like. And of cource the shopping/café area starts almost from the main door, yet the street noise doesn't get too bad in the room. The room was large and modern, the breakfast wonderful (also gluten free products, when asking!). The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again. ”

”Papali exceeded our expectations. Our host Carmelo provided excellent and enthusiastic guidance to all that is Catania. A highlight of our stay included the ample morning breakfasts that featured typical regional pastries, both sweet and savoury. Our comfortable and quiet room proved a welcome and restful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend!”

”We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Antonio helpfully arranged transport from the airport. Via Caronda was rather shabby but we never felt unsafe in the area - Via Etnea was just around the corner with buses to the city centre and a useful 24 hour coffee kiosk/bar on the corner of the square. Our room was clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning and a small fridge. The garden was lovely to sit and unwind before heading out to one of the nearby restaurants and to enjoy breakfast....

”We really enjoyed our stay at Etna Suite. Everything worked well, we have nothing to complain about! Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful, room was neat and bed good and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Catania. Extra thanks to car parking which worked perfectly, the car was even driven by the staff in the small parking lot which made it very convenient. We recommend this hotel!”

”We booked 2 large and charming king sized bedrooms for the 3 of us (adults), & both rooms had private bathrooms. The baths were updated in space, with plenty of hot water & fabulous water pressure. However (typical to traditional B&B's) they were not ensuite & had no A/C; which would have been welcomed in the unusual June heat.
