”Clean large room, lovely breakfast on the terrace and staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend!”

”A wonderful room with balconies. Fantastic roof pool. Excellent breakfasts. The host provided a map with suggested restaurants. Ideally located near to shops and ferry. We strongly recommend this place.”

”Nice and friendly ambience. Staff are nice but they only work from 7am till a certain time at night. Maybe the fluorescent lights can be replaced with warm lights in the rooms for better ambience. You can't use the kitchen as it's reserved for staff but you can use a water boiler and microwave in the communal space.”

”For the first time ever I feel like being misled by all the reviews. This is not a 4 star hotel! Rooms are very old and not in the best condition. The AC doesn’t work. The room, closets and all the towels and bedding smell bad and moldy. The breakfast is basic and not as good as the reviews suggest. I’ve never had worse scrambled eggs. The housekeeping does a great job with cleaning. Location is great next to the train station and bus stops, and it’s a short walk from the marina. Staff is...

”Fantastic host, would absolutely stay again Great stay from start to finish. The host let us check in early, which made a big difference after travelling, and he was really helpful with directions on how to get to the place. When we arrived he sorted out everything we needed straight away. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. There were a couple of very minor things, but I mentioned them and he handled it immediately — no fuss at all. That kind of response is exactly what you want...

”Hotelli on pieni, mutta siisti. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä. Hotellin sijainti on loistava, lähellä rautatieasemaa ja vanhaa kaupunkia.”

”Hotelli Torinossa oli ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Nukuimme erityisen hyvin hyvässä sängyssä ja hiljaisessa huoneessa.”

”Excellent breakfast and very helpful and polite staff. Clean and functional common areas and rooms. Great location close to all services and yet along a quiet little street. The negative was the window views of our room, which were on the opposite wall.”
