”Staff were excellent. Very helpful and accomodating. Hotel was spotless, the food and wine was superb. Bus stop outside of the hotel was very convenient for access to Centro Storica of Perugia (quick and cheap).
All in all, a perfect stay.”
”I can’t praise this hotel enough. This is the best hotel we have stayed at and we have been holidaying in Italy for 30 years. Definitely somewhere I would recommend and would plan to come back to.
It only has 18 rooms so is never busy. There are beautiful outdoor seating areas with shade and bar service.

”This was a terrific Country Inn with a beautiful garden area, pool and veranda overlooking the beautiful Italian countryside. We didn't know that their restaurant closed Sept. 14 for the season but we enjoyed dinners in the nearby city of Perugia.”

”No flaws. It was very clean and had amazingly renovated bathroom. The big balcony with a hot tub was an insanely good experience. So everything about the room and hotel was just perfect.”

”I really liked it! The hotel is clean and modern with good breakfast. Staff was so friendly. My room was near the reception so I heard all the noises to the room but it was quite silent at nights and in the mornings. I totally recommend staying here!”

We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. ”Room was clean and had air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Minor, but very frustrating issue: the showerhead was too heavy or the mounting too loose to stay at any usable angle, instead it was always pointing at the wall with the shower controls. Had to use one hand to hold the showerhead in position and another to wash.
Location is great if you use local buses. Otherwise it's a difficult walk to both the main train station and bus terminal.
