Chiesa Madre: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

We liked the hotel very much. All the places (room, dining, beach, pool etc.) were clean and well maintained. Food was good and there were always enough options for us. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Location is remote, but we were aware of that and were able to move around well with taxi, by foot and by train for example to Cefalu and Palermo.

Too many things were not up to 5 star status. Our daughter got a parasol in the head by the pool, 1 of 4 restaurants (The Japanese) was closed during our week long stay in high season, gym is really crappy and small, missing pictures on the hallway, drinks on menu not available anyways.

Great location if you intend to visit the Vally of the Temples! We had a wonderful guide,Nicoletta, and it made the visit much more fun and pleasant. Only a few rooms actually have the view of the Valley of the temple, so if you are intent on getting one of those rooms, directly communicate with the hotel to make sure you won't be disappointed upon arrival. Staff was attentive, courteous and professional. Rooms clean with great A/C, especially great during the major heat wave experienced.
