”The toilet seat in the bathrooms was too thin and uncomfortable. It felt like you would sink into the bowl. This can be corrected by Holiday Inn. The food service was good but there were few options for vegans. Oatmeal would be a nice complement.”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street. The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”

”This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed.”
