”Very nice accommodations, super clean rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this venue. I will never stay at the Peabody after visiting this hotel.”

”I spent one night there because I wanted somewhere cost effective. Not a good neighborhood with lots of homeless people and extra illegal activities in the area. The hotel needs major upgrades.”

”I purchased the executive suite for my sister and her husband's 2nd year wedding anniversary. Water was backed up in the tub, light bulbs were missing and their microwave wasn't in the room. May not sound like much but I was very upset because I wanted their experience to be a great one. On the bright side they took really nice pictures in the lobby. The historical hotel is a landmark for Memphis and I hate giving this type of review but I paid a lot of money only to be disappointed.😞”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”It need to be shut down I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay there i reserved my room online for $90 which was a king size bed get to the room it was a queen which I payed for a king and I had to do a deposit of $62 more dollars”

”This hotel was not ready for prime time. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. The lounge was a hour late opening. We went to the restaurant. No one there but the sleeping (yes, sleeping) greeter. If the problem is getting better help, pay the salaries or I predict a closed hotel in months.”
