”I stayed at the same hotel chain near Legoland about a month ago and expected the Alcoa Airport location to offer a similar experience, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. The hotel has a very strong musty smell throughout the property. Everyone in my family experienced allergy symptoms after the first night. Housekeeping is not provided daily; instead, rooms are serviced every other day for guests staying five nights or more, which was disappointing. The air conditioning was also not working...

”I didnt like the smell in the lobby or the strip lights in the room. The bathroom looked like the bathtub had been refinished poorly and not cleaned behind the bathroom door. The pool looked like it hadn't been open for years. There were bricks in the bottom with no water. We arrived about 1:00 and she did let us check in use til 3:00. I was in room 106 first visit which was located very close to front desk and dining hall. It was very noisy in the morning. ”DISGUSTING!!!! I have NEVER left a bad review until now. This place was absolutely awful. Roaches crawling on the walls. Stains on the towels. A brown poop looking substance on the wall beside the toilet. Staines that appeared to be either blood or Taco Bell sauce on walls and doors. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Floors unswept. Worms walking on the walls. Stains on curtains. This was a first and last for me within 10 minutes of walking into the room.”
