”Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!”

”We spent mornings on the deck drinking coffee and taking in the quiet water views and evenings watching the sunset. It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property.”

”The area was beautiful! We went mid August and the neighborhood had gorgeous flowers blooming everywhere. The beach area was private and so relaxing. Our pup loved exploring the doggy beach. Good area for restaurants too… we really enjoyed Turk’s!”

”Great house with enjoyable blend of spaciousness and cozy appeal. Kitchen was well appointed and great overall aesthetic, layout - roomy for 5. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. There's a super cute 500ft ferry ride ($35 round trip) to get to and from this location so plan for food accordingly!”

”The cottage was centrally located with a short walk to town. We rented EBikes and were able to experience Oak Bluffs and Edgartown - we had an amazing trip and really enjoyed our accommodations. Jessica and Mike were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it!”

”This property exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, the rooms were large, and the very high ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was outstanding - whirlpool tub, walk in shower, double sinks, separate toliet compartment. We had a rainy day and really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The location offered quiet and privacy but was convenient. We are only Sunday bikers, but in a few minutes we could bike on a bike path to...
