”Location was great, apartment was bright. We had 2 concerns. For the price we paid, the mattress needs to be replaced. It was flimsy and lumpy, no support whatsoever. The pillows were also extremely flat. The second concern was how dirty the floor was. It was vacuumed, but definitely not mopped. We took our shoes off the first day and our socks were BLACK . Should definitely be sanitizing the floor in between guests. Otherwise, it was quiet and great location.”

”Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. ”

”The space is lovely and we would absolutely come again! Kitchen very well stocked with tools and spices. Check-in was a little tricky because google maps led us to the parking lot for the business next door - we could see the hotel, but actually had to drive about a mile around to get to the right parking lot. The after hours line was not someone familiar with the property so they weren’t very able to help us which was a bummer. Everyone was very responsive and helpful during regular hours, but...

”Awesome location right in the middle of town. 10 minute ride to the beach. 107 was clean and and perfect for a couple to relax and get away from everyday life. Highly recommend this rental. ”

”The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money.”
