”We arrived and our air conditioner did not work. It took the hotel 12 hours to JUST bring us a fan. It seemed as if the staff was not at all interested in helping us at all. So we were hot the whole time and we would walk out to the lobby where the air conditioning was blasting. They were not particularly nice, and the dirty room was not cleaned ONCE, except for the trash.”

”Despite paying for parking on exit, I was sent a Demand by Park Maven, who manage the parking for £100. The demand showed the time of entry and exit and that I had left the property at 8.30am and further disclosure shows that payment for the parking was made at 8.26am. When challenged, the submissions of Park Maven to Holiday Inn, claimed that I left at 9.30am which contradicts the time its number plate reader. This is 1 hour after the number plate...
