The designer sofa bed, located in the living area, invites moments of relaxation, perfect for enjoying a movie or an evening in total tranquility.
The luxury bathroom, designed with great aesthetic and functional attention, offers elegant and fascinating furniture, a large shower, bidet and sink, creating an intimate and rejuvenating space.
The sleeping area, the heart of rest and well-being, houses a comfortable double bed and bunk beds, ideal for both adults and children, making the apartment perfect for couples, families or small groups.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
