”The guy who checked us in was extremely rude, even going as far as to yell at my boyfriend when he asked him to repeat himself. Then we are put out back where it already looks like there's homeless and drug deals happening. Shirtless men hanging out on the walk way smoking cigarettes and drinking beer greeted us on oir way to our room. Once we get inside, it reeks of cigarettes, dirty, and the smoke detector is no where to be found. (Came across is later on top of the clothes rack) My boyfriend...

”The steel door showed signs of forced entry. There was a round puncture several inches in diameter and more than an inch deep, as if from a police (hopefully) battering ram. The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. There was tons of activity at night, especially where the rear of the property backed up to a wooded area. Cars were coming and going after very short visits,...

”This hotel was the absolute worst we have ever stayed at, they put us in a room between rooms that had construction going on and when we ask to please move they yelled at us and told us we could leave. I got expedia to issue a refund, when the manager came down she beat on the door and told us to leave immediately because she was made to issue a refund. We told her that we were packing and we were almost done, she left and came back 5 mins later yelling an cussing in front of my 5 year old...

”There what looked like makeup splatter on a mirror. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Nothing but a tiny ass bar of soap to clean with. The tv didn’t work. Staff was super quiet and first impressions wasn’t pleasant. Real worry for bedbugs with how poorly this place is handled. Won’t be staying there ever again, and I’m used to roach motels. This one sucked.”

Despite us having already paid for the room, they told our guest he needed to leave. As a result, both my husband and our guest were removed from the property. We were told we would receive a refund for one night; however, Expedia has since informed us they have been unable to reach the property to process it. ”Very nice staff, especially at breakfast. The room is spotlessly clean. Great beds. Only gripes were the incredibly loud ac unit outside and the hotel was very expensive for what it was. But supply and demand I guess. It was a busy weekend in Richmond ”

”Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs”
