Christina at the front desk was especially very nice and helpful and made my experience even better. I truly appreciated the excellent service and gladly stay here again.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints there whatsoever. The room was very clean and updated, but the bed was way too firm. I like a medium firm bed, but this was on the level of a thin futon on a solid plywood platform. I'm hoping the mattresses will be upgraded soon.”

”New hotel with spacious room, nice common areas, good breakfast options, and convenient location. Room could’ve been cleaner (found a tube of hair gel under the AC unit, so they obviously didn’t vacuum under there). Expect road noise if your room faces the loop. ”

”Friendly staff. Exterior entry to rooms which I generally avoid. Room was quite dark - needs a central ceiling light or something. No elevator to second floor.”

”The Staff from the Cleaning crew to the Breakfast Kitchen were courteous and helpful. The room was just right. For as long as our son continues to attend SFA, this is where we will book!”

”For the price the room was decent. Only problem is its location, right at the intersection of two heavy traveled truck routes. Lots of traffic noise literally all night during the week. If you do get a room , i suggest requesting a room as far away from the lobby/ main road area as possible. ”

”There is nothing good to say about this property. There were prostitutes in the parking lot; loud noises throughout hall; there were cobwebs in the corners of the room; the sheets were stained and the mattress was horrible; and there were police showing up at 5 am with sirens & lights shining in my room. They were there for the room above me. Absolutely no rest all night.”

”Hotel was new and super nice. It was well kept and clean. Room was big with a small kitchenette and huge fidge. Pool and gym were good as well. Breakfast was also good. Staff was friendly. The only thing a bit surprising was that there were extra fees for the room rate ageeed. Might be I hadn’t paid attencion when booking. Overall it was a nice stay. ”

”The bedding was out of this world. I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a hotel that had nicer bedding, believe it or not. The staff was helpful and the complementary breakfast was really good. Lots of choices. I will stay again.”
