”Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed.”

”Best spa we have ever stayed at. The service was absolutely excellent, Fromm all of the staff at the hotel reception, spa and restaurant. Our room was beautiful, very spacious.
The only minor comments we have, there was no body wash in our room, and no tap on the bath, had to fill bath with the shower head! Neither detracted from our stay, we can’t wait to visit again. ”

”Friendly welcome, Room 1, nice and well decorated, comfy bed, and a good selection of pillow sizes, shower was a rainfall, with good pressure and coverage.
Restaurant and Bar raised area also for eating or drinking , so accommodating to a single traveller, it was lovely.
I stay away over 40 weeks a year, and this is my number one for this area .

”The parking was easy outside after 6pm and we were gone by 9am so the restrictions were not an issue. Breakfast was great and the room was very well presented and clean. We have stayed in St Anne’s at the hotel many times and always found the team to be very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.”

”This wonderful hotel truly welcomes dogs by providing dog bowls, a special cover so the dog can get on the bed and they even provided a dog towel. Our dog was welcome to join us at breakfast where we had a separate table away from the rest and Charlie was given a dog chew. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again. It was very comfortable and a great location - thank you ”
