”Having just got home from a long road trip, this was a pleasant surprise. Having restored a 100-year-old house. I can appreciate everything that has been done to the structure. The only thing I have to say is that is missing a bottle opener for wine and the can opener does not work. Other than that a very nice house in a very nice location”

”Hosts, John & Lisa, provided many special details that made our stay enjoyable & comfortable. Mariposa is a charming town and the property is conveniently located an hour away from Yosemite. The front porch is a relaxing place for hanging out after hiking all day.”

”Loved the landscape and the owners’ good taste and efforts in decorating the cottage. It’s clean and comfortable. Loved the backyard with swing and outdoor tub. More importantly, we love the host’s warm welcome and flexibility to help us checking in earlier. All were great! We enjoyed our stay there fully. ”

”Though it's an older home, it had modern appliances. There were lots of pits/pans, cutlery, baking & serving dishes ... There were also plenty of towels for showering and swimming. Plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained right on the property. Beautiful swimming pool and spa. The only drawbacks were that the pool was not ready to use until the poolguy came the day after we arrived and that, at first, we had to call the property manager to turn on the spa whenever we were planning to...

”This property is amazing! Host was very accommodating. We were in town for a family reunion so we had a large group and it was never a problem. It was a great place to end the day of festivities and relax. Beds are comfy Backyard is beautiful and kitchen is loaded with things you may need. The coffee maker is only one cup at a time so not great for larger groups but nothing a little patience can't fix. We would love to stay again in the future.”

”My family and I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious. The EV charging allowed us no stress during our day trips to Yosemite. The kids really enjoyed the arcade and air hockey. And the dogs enjoyed the lush grass in the back yard. The house was also close to downtown Mariposa and easy access to multiple Yosemite entrances. ”

”Beautiful, peaceful property. House is fully stocked and the hosts have thought of everything you could need or want. Pool was great, hot tub fantastic after a day of hiking in Yosemite. The man cave was a great bonus too. 10 out of 10. Would stay again. ”

”This house looks and feels like a true labor of love. It is very clean and well organized. Downtown Mariposa is 5 minutes away. There was plenty of space for our dogs to walk around.We'd definitely come again!”

”Vrbo was terrible to deal with, but Patrick the property manager was super prompt and fixed all the date mix ups, answered questions, and did everything he promised..I would definitely go back if Patrick in charge..It was a great memory builder..Thanks!”
