”This hotel was under major renovation. There was a strong construction smell, even in the room. I was not sure if a ventilation fan was working in the bathroom. The breakfast area was a temporary space, previously a conference room. The tables and chairs were somethings you would see in a one star hotel. Not happy to pay $210 per night for a hotel under renovation. I would never come back to this hotel.”

”There were different options for breakfast each day. However there was only 2% milk available for cereal-- no non-dairy options like oatmilk or almond milk were available. The wifi was VERY slow -- even during hours when it would be low use. Everything else was great and worked well -- air handling, shower, etc.”

”Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Room was huge and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only downside was the cleaning - a previous customer had hidden empty alcohol bottles in the room's cabinets that were left there for us to find - that made me feel a bit uneasy. But in all a good visit regardless.”

”We were very tired from a long road trip when we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and we enjoyed having a small fridge in the room. We would definitely stay here again!”

”Hotel was not what i expected. Construction workers, many of them staying there. Very loud outside, drinking beer and hanging outside the rooms. Eventually, they quieted down around 930pm. Parking lot very full with big trucks, parked far away from my room and walked with luggage up narrow stairwell. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. I was afraid of Friday night party given my experience with Thursday night. Breakfast was carb only, no variety and im diabetic. Not diabetic friendly. Do...

”This location is right in the heart of the University of Virginia grounds so it was very easy for us to drive to John Paul Jones arena for the basketball game and to Klockner Stadium for the lacrosse game. It is on a cu-de-sac with other houses. It is very close to restaurants, the Corner, and the downtown mall.
