”This is a new property that opened in the spring of 2025. It still had the shine of newness. It has very basic decor and limited amenities, this is by the brands design. We chose based on value and pet friendliness. All in, it was at least $100 less expensive (and for many properties the delta was much greater) than other options. We were in Charlottesville for a UVA football game and many hotels were priced accordingly. We chose value over other amenities, especially since we were not on...

”Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Room was huge and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only downside was the cleaning - a previous customer had hidden empty alcohol bottles in the room's cabinets that were left there for us to find - that made me feel a bit uneasy. But in all a good visit regardless.”

”Nice place. Slight issue with the shower. There was a slight issue with the shower that could not be fixed as the maintenance men were not there. However they did offer a new room otherwise no complaints.”
