”The Comfort Inn is in a safe area next to a BoJangles and free parking clean property and very nice and friendly employees at service desk.Rooms are very nice with a refrigerator combination freezer. Give this Comfort Inn in Charlottesville Virginia a excellent choice to stay.”

”I should called ahead prior to booking. It was RECORD heat-------and the pool wasn't available. Add to that the ice machines were down. The staff was VERY helpful in getting ice from their private machine. Room was nice and there is a disc golf course out the back. Location close to a bunch of restaurants. If pool were operating this would have been a 5+ rating. Free cookies at 4PM was a nice touch. OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST!! One of the best I've ever experienced at a mid-level chain!”

”The only issue I had was with checkout. The employee on day shift said that staff was available 24 hours a day. When I went into the lobby at 4am to checkout, the employee was in a back office. When she finally came out, she wasn’t wearing shoes and she wasn’t wearing a name tag or any type of clothing to indicate she actually worked there. She was irritated that I was bothering her and told me I could have just left the key cards in the room. I told her that wasn’t what I was told when I had...

”Room was spotless and did not smell of cleaning chemicals (yah!!). Bed was comfortable, black out curtain and it was quiet. Got an excellent nights sleep. Very happy for the price.”

I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to stay again when I go back to Virginia. The 24 hour coffee and tea availability was a hit for us and the breakfast was excellent, more to choose from than most . Thanks for a wonderful stay !”

”Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Room was huge and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only downside was the cleaning - a previous customer had hidden empty alcohol bottles in the room's cabinets that were left there for us to find - that made me feel a bit uneasy. But in all a good visit regardless.”
