The Space:

Upon entering the first floor, you are greeted by an elegant master bedroom adorned with a plush queen-sized bed and tranquil décor, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The adjacent lounge room offers a spacious area with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing evenings or social gatherings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and sleek countertops for culinary adventures. A conveniently located toilet adds to the practical layout of this floor. Outside, a private dining area for four provides a lovely setting for al fresco dining amidst the landscaped surroundings.



Second Floor Features:



The staircase leads to the second floor where comfort continues with three additional bedrooms. Two are furnished with queen-sized beds and one features a bunk bed, ideal for kids or extra guests. We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



🔑 Only one property access key is provided as standard. Additional key must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key.
