    "Turquoise Waters" is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with amazing unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and Buck Island. Ground Level with no stairs to navigate. End unit offering more privacy yet steps from the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large covered balcony with new gas grill and ample seating to enjoy meals or to take in the incredible sea views. This unit also has washer/dryer. Wake up each morning to soothing ocean views and gentle trade winds. Master offers king bed and ensuite bath. Guest bedroom with Queen bed. 3rd Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Great place to stay!

We love the location of this condo. It's parking lot level right next to the pool and restaurant. Cindy was extremely engaged in customer service. She is so esay to communicate with! We hope to rent here again in 2027. Thank you Cindy and Jim!

Birthday Getaway

Everything about this trip was amazing! Our host, Cindy, was always just a phone call away! She made recommendations and suggested some ‘Must Do’s’ that were fantastic and very helpful. The Lyric Sunset Cruise was AMAZING! The beds were very comfortable. I just wish there was brighter lighting in the guest bath for making up your face. I Will definitely stay at this property again the next time I’m in St. Croix!

Beautiful setting, wonderful stay

This condo is in a great east end location. It is just steps away from the pool, with no stairs at all. First time staying in Coakley and we loved it. Pool is nice, GOAT is a fantastic restaurant and so convenient having it right onsite (I know it does close for part of the year, so check that). Everything was in working order, comfortable beds and amazing view. Communication with the owner was great - timely and complete always. I highly recommend this unit.

Great apartment with great views!

Perfect place to stay for your island getaway. The condo was just what we needed for our family holiday with 5 people. Great amenities, located right next to the pool. Our only inconvenience was that the WiFi did not work during our stay. Thankfully there is public WiFi for the pool area though and communication with Stephanie was great concerning the issue. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the island.

Loved every minute!

The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The view was absolutely stunning! Stephanie was very responsive and extremely nice as well! I wish the condo complex collected recycling but they don't. Hated throwing away so much trash. Really appreciated that the owners have beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels there to use as many of the beaches charge for those things! We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful Views

Everything was lovely except the property was just not clean. Communication with owner was great, prompt responses. When we arrived we took our shoes off by the door, our feet were black after walking around the condo. I did take pictures in case they are needed. I don’t like to complain-I hate reading reviews with complaints because we were in paradise so it doesn’t really matter. I didn’t let the owner know when we were there. We were there to sleep and then explore the beautiful island. I wouldn’t pick this particular condo again but the views are hard to beat.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Great condo. First floor, parking right outside door. Pool also steps away. Fully air-conditioned and very comfortable for our family of 5. Excellent for my wife who is handicapped. Wonderful views by day and a clear view of satalite overhead at night. Enjoyed some of the local eateries. Missed delivery though. Definitely go to Louies and Nachos, Six Nine restaurant for happy hour oysters, Buccaners Golf and Country Club. Exceptional meals and service and Pollys or Toast for incredibly delicious breakfast. Took day trips to Rhythms at Rainbow Beach and Dorsh Beach Sandcastles Resort. All close enough to spend mornings and nights by the gorgeous pool and afternoons at the beach. All the people we met were friendly and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend and Stephanie is a great property manager. ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND RESPONSIVE TO ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND NEEDS. Good luck driving on the left hand side of the road. Probably the only challenging part of our vacation. If you scuba or snorkel don't miss St Croix. Thanks Stephanie see you again soon!

Not quite as advertised

I'll begin my review by noting that the individual who rented this unit in August encountered issues that may have contributed to the problems we found. I don’t like posting a negative review but need to be truthful about the condo’s condition. Five adults – my husband, two sons, daughter-in-law and I -- spent Christmas week at Turquoise Waters. Upon arrival we found the slider's large screen door propped up on the balcony. Our son tried to put it back on its track but was unable to make it stay. The screen remained an eyesore and a hazard, and prevented us from opening the slider to cooling breezes. Bathrooms were clean and beds appeared freshly made, but the kitchen was far from immaculate. Counters were gritty and sticky, and food adhered to the stove top. I used granite and ceramic cleaners on those surfaces; the paper towels I used turned brown. The flip-top trashcan was gross. The upper kitchen cabinets and china cupboard contained such a mishmash of stuff that I took everything out, removed the junk and organized them so we could find what we needed. Floors were an issue; my husband wiped up several dried-on spills, and we both tried to overlook the crud in the corners and dirt along the baseboards. The balcony floor was filthy; the soles of our bare feet turned black when we walked on it. Previous renters remarked on the abundance of towels, so we were surprised to find only six bath towels. I washed the four white ones right away because they were stained -- unfortunately, the stains didn't come out. We were at a loss when we found just two beach towels for the five of us. The condo needs TLC, as a previous reviewer noted. Kitchen walls need to be scrubbed or repainted, and broken blinds replaced. A supply of light bulbs would’ve been helpful so we could replace the ones that had burned out. Also needed are a good wipe-down of cabinet interiors, a thorough dusting of décor items and replacement of the soiled floor mats in the kitchen. A final note: It would be useful to have a second towel bar and/or shelves and hooks in the hall bath (over the toilet?). The room is tiny with only one small towel bar and no counter space. On the plus side, the spacious condo is well located (both within the complex and on the island), with fabulous views, plenty of parking, comfy beds, lots of seating and excellent temperature control. The unit is well-equipped with tableware, cookware, utensils and appliances. The washer-dryer is a huge plus.

Great Stay!

We'll be back! The condo fit our group of 5 perfectly. The location on island is perfect - close to some great beaches, restaurants and shopping. The location of the specific condo is also perfect - close to the pool (close enough you do hear some pool noise) and on an end, with no steps to enter. It has some great views as well! One morning was so clear I could see St. Thomas and St. John.

Great St Croix Condo with Spectacular Waterfront views

This is a great condo for families with all the amenities you need. Owner and property manager very responsive to any issues that arose during our stay. It is as advertised, very close to beaches and excellent restaurants. Host provided very helpful recommendations for food stores, restaurants and beaches. We will stay there again.

Views, Close beaches and 3 bedrooms

The Ocean views from Living, Dining and Balcony were excellent. The space is perfectly laid out and ample in size, from sleeping, eating, and relaxing. You enter at the same level as parking, and the entire unit is on one level, so it is all very convenient. All the amenities we needed were available, and nice touches like beach chairs and a cooler made our beach trips enjoyable. The pool was easy to find chairs to read/sunbathe, and never crowded during our visit to swim. The owners communications before the trip were timely, and aided a few specific questions we had - which prepared us for our visit. No issues during our stay or for the accommodations - and the checkin/checkout was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed in cleanliness of property

We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties on St. Croix and other places in the US but have never experienced a problem with cleanliness. We first noticed a terrible grit on all of the inside floors and kitchen surfaces when we arrived. I contacted the property owner and was told it was due to Sahara dust which we are familiar with but have never seen floors this dirty. I was told the floors were steamed cleaned 2 days before our arrival so I’m curious to know why the floors and kitchen surfaces were still so gritty. After sweeping, not only was a lot of grit removed but a large amount of black hair and fuzz was swept up (and that was without sweeping under any furniture). We also noticed that there was a lot of hair and fuzz and some bandaid wrappers behind the furniture in the second bedroom so it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The walls in the kitchen were filthy, especially by the dishwasher where you could see all kinds of spots and stains on that wall. Then there were the little things, which all add up. The kitchen sponge was falling apart and should have been thrown out long before. There were no bathroom cleaning supplies and the other cleaning supplies were almost empty (VRBO requires these things). There was hair in the microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen utensils were in bad shape. The only spatula was broken. There were no barbecue utensils. There was no flashlight for the many power outages St. Croix has. There were no pens, pads or any of the little thoughtful things an owner would leave for a guest. After our 3 week stay, I came to the conclusion that no extra thought or care was given to provide the paying guest with the kind of vacation experience that they deserved. The excuses I was given were not sufficient and too much trust was given to the property managers who I feel are not doing their job. It’s a shame because the property has so much to offer. It’s just not being managed as it should be and the owners are not listening to their guests comments. We will never stay there again.

We loved our time at Turquoise Waters! We stayed 4/9 to 4/16. The view was priceless! When we were at the condo, we spent the time on the balcony. The location was perfect. We were able to explore the whole island easily. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were super comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Oceanview stay in STX

The property was better than advertised. View is incredible and porch is great for relaxing, entertaining and meals. The whole complex is well maintained with a large beautiful pool. Condo is very spacious and comfortable.

Great location!

Property is exactly as described, location is fantastic. No stairs and very quiet condo complex. Beds were very comfortable, A/C worked great when needed. View of Buck Island is amazing, saw rainbows every morning from the balcony. Highly recommend the snorkeling tour with Big Beard Adventures. Our favorite beaches were Buccaneer and Rainbow Beach.

Turquoise Waters

We had a wonderful stay in the Turquoise Waters condo in Coakley Bay. The condo is very nice and comfortable. The view from the long deck is amazing! Best I've ever had on any vacation. On the morning we were checking out we even saw a double rainbow! The condo is the most convenient in the complex to the lovely pool and the excellent Goat Soup & Whiskey restaurant. We received outstanding support and communications from the owner. The condo is kept in top condition. We highly recommend the Turquoise Waters condo for a vacation in St. Croix.

The Pink Condos

Beautiful view to wake up to each morning. Place was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the 3 of us friends. Pool was nice and met tons of super friendly people. Our location was right by the pool. Tons of parking. Directions to the place were great. East side of the island is drier and warmer this time of year. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful St Croix

I just loved your condo. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great. The restaurant opened while we were there. We made reservations for Friday night. The food was awesome! Thank you so much. Melody Pelton

Well equipped and great view

Condo was very well stocked with the basics such as toilet tissue, dishwashing liquid, paper towels etc. Lots of beach towels provided and beach chairs also. Location is in quiet Coakley Bay Area but a short drive to downtown Christiansted. The on-site restaurant wasn’t open but there was a restaurant, convenience store and gas station just half a mile away. Condo itself had great views of Buck Island and the Caribbean. Only drawback was the road traffic in front of the condo complex could get a bit noisy at times.
