Tämä rentouttava perhe Villa mahtuu pariskunnille tai perheille, jossa on kaunis uima-allas ja patio nauttia merinäköala ja ääni aaltojen merestä alla. Tämä kaunis rakennus sijaitsee St. Croix, ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hiekkaranta Salakuljettajien Cove. Venture hieman pidemmälle hämmästyttävä rannat Point Udall, Cramer Park, Teague Bay, Jack ja Isacc lahdella. Tai, jos haluat, saaren ainoa kasino, ja 9-reikäinen golfkenttä ovat alle 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Olohuoneessa on 42 "TV, DVD / Blu-ray-soitin, DVD-kokoelma, kaapeli ja surround-ääni omaan käyttöösi loman aikana. Avaa kaikki liukuvat lasiovet päivisin päästää jäähtyä Karibian tuulta!

Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset tiskivesi, laitteet, astioita, bakeware, mausteet ja tarpeeksi rommia pääset alkuun oman St. Croix cocktaileja.

Ulkopuolella patio ruokailutila on jossa luultavasti viettää paljon aikaa rentoutumiseen. Näkymä ja lempeä ääni aaltojen vetää sinua. On muodollinen mahtuu kuusi. Myös altaan pöytä ja tuolit välipaloja altaan.

Kaikissa huoneissa on AC jos tarvitset sitä kuumina kostea päivä, ja koko talo on aurinkosähköllä ja tuulivoimala, joten se ympäristöystävällinen.

The house was just as described and had all the necessary amenities. You could hear the waves from the porch and pool area which was very relaxing. The house is very private and was great for our group of two couples.

The view is spectacular. The house is on the east side of the island, very quiet and rural, lush area. The house is on a hilll so be prepared to navigate steep hills and curvey roads to access ( but so worth it)The house has 3 good size bedrooms and an additional room with a day bed. The house has 2 bathrooms and also an outside shower. AC works increasingly. Full size washer and dryer. The view is stunning.Kat our property manager was incredible! She was fantastic to work with and responsive when we had questions.

Perfect Family Home

Family trip with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The office/sitting room worked perfect as a fourth bedroom. The home had everything we needed and the pool was perfect for relaxing in the evenings after exploring all day. The internet was spotty for the first few days, then didn’t work at all the last four. But the home had tons of movies and shows on DVD and we actually didn’t mind being unplugged. We loved staying on the east side of the island. We were close enough to restaurants and beaches, but far enough away for peace and quiet. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

Truly amazing stay

This villa is truly amazing. The views are to die for. The host was an amazing person. Debbie Williams is the best host and always willing t9 answer and provide information on your stay. At times communication was a little difficult but truly not on her part. Cell service at times is spotty. Other than that we appreciated all Debbie had to offer and the home was a truly amazing experience. We love to stay on St. John however we believe this island and sea change brought a change to our mine. Although St. John will always be number one on our list, this island offers everything we’ve done there and more. Thank you Debbie for a truly amazing experience. We will be back in the future.

We had a great time at Seachange! Debbie was very communicative and the checkin process was a breeze. Property was very clean and tidy upon arrival. Pictures don’t do justice for the views you get at this property. Great East End location.

"Dirty Pool"

Property has 2 bathrooms, not 3 as advertised. We were advised of this 5 days before our trip. The third bath cannot be used and has been out of order since "last season", per manager. Pool was filthy - we did not use it. View of ocean from house is obscured by foliage that has not been trimmed in years. Should have been a highlight. House was neat and clean but shabby overall. General sense of decay. We doubt owners have been there in years. If they have, they should spend a few bucks - it wouldn't take much to make a dramatic improvement. And change the listing to 3/2 until the bath is fixed.

Wonderful vacation property

Can ask for a better location, view and house! Had all the “little“ things that I would not have even thought of. Wonderful service and check in process. If I had one small complaint, it would be that the pool was a little dirty, but I think the filter wasn’t working properly. Still an amazing place and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone taking a vacation in St. Croix

Relaxing summer vacation

We had a very relaxing vacation at Seachange. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in and the location and views were incredible! We all enjoyed eating at the outdoor table and being able to hear the ocean and no traffic save for an occasional car even during midday!

Property was nice, driveway was scary. A few days before arrival we were notified the master bathroom was out of service due to a broken sewer pipe. After my wife & son arrived on 5/31 (my daughter & I arrived the morning of 6/1) they were informed that Sara had a family emergency and would not be meeting them at the airport. Sara attempted to give them directions, but because there was a discrepancy between the house address & the plot number on GPS they drove around for two hours before finding the property. We enjoyed the house & our vacation despite the lack of the master bathroom & no check in process. Had they been available I would have given a 5 star rating.

Quiet and peaceful home with beautiful views

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at Seachange! You can’t be the views the front porch has to offer. I heard so much about how “West is Best” on St Croix, but I am so happy we stayed on the east end. We did rent a car and took a few day trips to the west end. Sandy Point is an absolute must. I’ve never seen such beautiful waters. The western point offered the calmest waves and winds when we were there. We enjoyed the Buck Island snorkling cruise where we actually swam with dolphins! The pier offered great opportunities to see sea turtles and beautiful fish. Gecko’s Island Adventure was a lot of fun for our whole family. Use care when visiting Annaly Bay. I didn’t realize it was such a treacherous area. The hike was fine - but I started to wonder why I took my 4 daughters there. They’re all good swimmers but the surf that day would have been no match if they slipped off a foothold. Point Udall and the trail nearby were really neat. I think Seachange was a perfect spot for us to relax and recharge between adventures. There are so many DVDs which provided us with nighttime movies. The kitchen is well equipped and has many helpful seasonings and spices already in the pantry. St Croix was a wonderful place to visit and we all really enjoyed our time at Seachange!

Private Peaceful Paradise

We loved hearing the surf and looking out on the Caribbean Sea every morning from our front room bedroom. The kitchen had everything for eating in. Since we are beach goers we made the best of the packable beach chairs and daily went off in so many directions both to the east at newly restored Cramer Park and West to Spratt Beach and some in between. We did swim three times in the pool which was lovely and super for anyone who wants to bask in the daytime sunshine. We enjoyed many of the DVD movies for evening entertainment. We don't mind the drive out to the far eastern end as we prefer to be away from the busyness of Christiansted.

Nice quiet location. Beautiful views. Property Manager Sara very accessible and helpful. The only comment I have otherwise is some of the rooms are starting to show their age and could use some sprucing up. Nothing so bad that I wouldn’t stay there again however.

A beautiful getaway

This property was an absolute dream! Waking up to beautiful sunsets and spending the day relaxing in the pool and overlooking the ocean was exactly what we needed. The host was super accommodating. We ventured out onto the island and there are several beaches and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The property is equipped with pool floats,beach towels,and beach gear (chairs, hats, scuba gear, endless sunscreen options). She also had blow dryers and straighteners which could’ve saved me on travel supplies. The property sits high on a hill and accessing the property is tricky but the host helped us get there. A little scary driving up the driveway but we mastered it. If you stay here please read the book “Life in the Left Lane” which is reading material on the coffee table. It gave great insight on the island, can’t wait to return!

It is on the east end of St Croix outside of Christiansted. The house was great, very nicely furnished and very comfortable beds. There was 3 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We spent 2 weeks there and we were very pleased with the property. Having the pool was great after a day of snorkeling and sightseeing.

Excellent villa and location
