***OTHER THINGS TO NOTE***
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso seagrass in recent years. Our hard-working and wonderful staff at Club St. Croix do their best to keep it at bay, sometimes working daily to remove it. On rare occasion this grass can build up, and (despite their best efforts) it can emit an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. The West end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always seagrass-free. The Sargasso grass is more prevalent during the hotter months of late July-September. The Sargasso is unpredictable on a week-to-week basis, and a natural occurrence that is totally out of our control. As a result, our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.
***DURING HURRICAN SEASON***
Each year during hurricane season (May-Nov) our HOA deploys hurricane Kevlar fabric that is installed on our galleries, and hangs down, obstructing the top portion of the view (mostly from the bedroom loft). Of course, you still have AMAZING views! Especially from the kitchen and main living areas. Since safety and being prepared during is the main concern we appreciate your understanding. Thank you!

However, some of the furniture accents or artwork is no longer with the property and the pictures may not reflect every exact detail. But rest assured, the property is fully furnished, fully stocked as described, and very comfy home with the most luxurious beachfront location! In addition, we are currently working to refresh and update this property, in an effort to provide and an even more FABULOUS experience for our guests!
