”We were surprised how great it was for the price we paid! Clean, remodelled bathroom, no smells, full breakfast, even a pool that was not advertised. Will definitely stay again when passing through Fargo. ”

”Hotel and room were very clean, hot tub was hot, emergency stop button for hot tub broke, breakfast was hot and very good assortment cept could have used fresh fruit. Staff were just ok, not overly friendly but were ok!”

”Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine”

”The air conditioning worked great, shower had great water pressure and heat. Breakfast was delicious with waffles and a great option of toppings. The pool was very clean and warm. The gym however was nonexistent. They use the room for storage and have a pedal bike woth no pedals jammed in next to the vending machines. ”

”The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean. Our room had an underlying urine smell. I would say the breakfast was just ok.”

”Our key card didn’t work and we waited for the employee to get back to his desk for about 5 minutes. We got up into the room and there was not a shower curtain. We tried to call down to the desk and the phone in the room was broken, so we used our own. No biggy. He said he’d be up with one in a couple minutes, after about 30 minutes we called again and then it was brought up within 10 minutes. We were also told that the pool /hot tub was not working.”

”The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”

”Booked online so wouldn’t refund. I slept in my car!! Bed bugs streaks on the box spring. Had not been vacuumed. People hanging out of windows when I went to park. Took forever for the person to come check me in. No hand soap in the bathroom but there small packs of shampoo that I had to use. I was afraid my small dogs were going to eat something bad off the floor. Garbage in the halls and place smelled of cig. Smoke. They do have a pool not being used but they use it for storage of a bike and...

”The property was very nice. We love the restaurant. Everything was beautiful there unfortunately we did have a problem with our toilet the next morning and it took him two hours to come up and fix it so we had to go to the lobby to go to the bathroom and that was the thing we did not like.”
