Asunnot – Chubu

”Clean and amazing views. They have drinks and snacks there for you which is great. Check in was fine but had to call a few times to get through to verify my ID (there’s no staff on site, so virtual check in with codes to access the room). Great location and would definitely recommend. You are paying a premium in April for the views but as a special treat it’s so worth it. We sat in the private onsen and sauna for hours! ”

”While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. Located a mere 4 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute from the beach this was the low key break we needed. The stay was clean with great amenities. The foot bath and soaking tub were great ways to end each day and the locality to nearby convenience stores made grabbing a bevvie...

”We found this a very comfortable place to stay in Kanazawa. The location was convenient, especially for the train station. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit was well-equipped and comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble figuring out the washer/dryer (never could figure out how to choose a wash temperature), but aside from that, we had no problems. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. ”

”Excellent view of Mt. Fuji. The owner is very nice, speaks good English, picked us up from the station for free, and gave us wonderful recommendations around the area, also responsive to texts. They also upgraded our room to a 1 whole house to ourselves, very clean and fully furnished. If you want a quieter and relaxing area with a great view of Mt Fuji, this is the one!”
