”Great staff. Beautiful room and lobby would definitely stay at again!”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”The property was not as shown on website. The rooms had a bad smell. The beds need to thrown away along with the rest of the furniture. The fire dectors in one the room hanging of the wall. The staffing was unprofessional with there appearance. Clean that building up and you can get better businesses. Nasty! Nasty!”

”The rate we paid was fantastic and we upgraded to a room thanks to the desk clerk who suggested it. She was the best! We could have stayed there and not left it was so nice.”

”One of five electrical outlets worked, the sink drain would not work, the AC was very inadequate and the bed was unconfortable. breakfast was a joke”

”Always an excellent stay! We discovered Arrive last year, and made it a point to stay again this year on our long drive back to Illinois from Dallas. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, beds are extremely comfortable, and I love scent of the toiletries. The drinks at Bar Hustle in the evening are enjoyable, and the quality of the coffee and pastries and Hustle & Dough are exceptional. Would absolutely recommend, and will plan to stay again in the future when we're in the area!”

”Breakfast was sparse and had to ask for items-bathtub needs refurbishing-sink and shower water was yellow last night and again this morning even after running for a while. Plenty of hot water in room. Beds very comfortable and ac worked fine. No elevator and carpet on steps needed vacuuming. TV did not work which was disappointing!”

”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street. The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”
