”Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues.”

”The Arrive is a swanky contemporary modern hotel within walking distance of many attractions in Memphis! This place does not disappoint. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The cafe and bar are a bonus. Stay here!”

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay. As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.”

”Love the guitar-shaped pool and the pink doors 😅 Unfortunately it was pollen season so the pool was not in very good condition. Love the place. Would stay again anytime.”

”I love this hotel. Will definitely stay again. Really close to Beale street without all the noise. It’s located behind the Orpheum Theatre. I’m very selective about where I stay and this place was top tier. Cleanliness of the lobby was impressive and it continued throughout. Our room was spotless. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. The decor and furniture are contemporary.”

”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street. The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”

”The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind & helpful. All smiles. Room was clean except there were no bags for the trash cans. It was very quiet and I slept like a baby.”

”Room was clean, missing a smoke detector in room, definitely needs some updated, stairs were worn out and not the cleanest. They only had cereal for the breakfast, pool was absolutely disgusting and had a live duck swimming in it, kinda had a mildewy smell throughout ”

”Light bulb out in bathroom. Floor in room filthy. Floor in room has 2 pieces missing between dresser and bed. Faucet in sink sprays water all over sink. Breakfast this morning had 1 piece of bed and no cereal. Ice machines not working. TV remote not working, tried 3 remotes and also had to replace TV. Only saving grace was their militance man (Dan), he replaced bulb and finally got the remote to work (third one).”
