”We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience.”

”Our stay was very nice. The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected so I was expecting for our room to not be ready however, they had a room available. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and I like that they switch the items up. The pool area was also nice and clean. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I really liked how this hotel made sure that everything was clean.”

”Clean room but lingering smoke smell was strong for a non smoking room. Air conditioning worked great. No information posted or given on breakfast hours. The website stated that this quality Inn provides a shuttle. No shuttle service from the airport to the property according to the service desk when I called and tried to arrange for pickup. Front desk is low and staff cannot see customers when they walk in. I had to wait 5 minutes before I was helped even though I repeated " hello" several...

”No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. ”
