”The hotel from top to bottom is amazing. It is spotless and most importantly, filled to the brim with the most courteous and welcoming people I’ve met along my 3-week stay. The hotel itself is very modern and minimalist and my room on the 19th floor was quite spacious. ”Good deal, the room was okay enough for two. A bit on the quiet side of Dotonbori. One thing though, we got lost multiple times because of multiple turns to the nearest konbini. Overall, still recommending.”

”Hyatt staff was amazing. We arrived late at night after leaving another hotel that had fire. Hyatt is clean, bright and welcoming. The rooms may be small but they have utilized every inch to feel spacious. The bathroom was large. What was most helpful is the staff. We had a sick child and needed to get the medicaiton. ”Great location on the Dotonbori, no issues with noise overnight (couldn't hear people on the street), very clean. Washing machine has a nifty app that lets you get live updates on your laundry's progress”

”Hotellikokemus oli erinomainen! Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja tyylikäs, ja huoneesta avautuivat upeat näköalat kaupungin ylle. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta alusta loppuun, ja palvelu toimi moitteettomasti. Sijainti oli loistava – hyvät kulkuyhteydet ja tärkeimmät nähtävyydet helposti saavutettavissa.
