”The room was spotless, Lisa was welcoming and helpful.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided.
The full english breakfast was perfect too.”

”Clean room. Mattress not great very springy and going in all directions and had to ask for a duvet the second night to lie on to get some sleep. This was disappointing
Bar good. Booked for dinner but service was sadly lacking, food ok. Outside balcony good to sit outside and staff table service was good
Spectacular view from the room and may visit again ”

”Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location.
Positives
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms.
We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

”We were not informed of the internet password.
We did not have any hotel information available as it transpires the info booklets were behind ghe reception desk. We also tried to walk into the town but could not because the gate is coded. We did not know this prior to walking as we had no info. The radiator in the bathroom was scolding hot. We did advise reception and supposedly it was repaired. Sadly it was not .. we slept with three windows open and two fans
running all night! Interestingly...

”Good points - comfy bed, cleanliness great, nice staff.
Bad points - not allowed to vape outside on the terrace when we ordered drinks (no one else there), drinks ridiculously expensive, pepsi and glass of rose wine £15!! Parking overnight £15! Made us scared to even try the spa facilities as god knows what we would been charged as 'extra'. So if you go here be prepared for extra charges. Wasnt such a 'great deal' as we thought. Very bland experience overall we ended up going off the complex to...
