Penzance centre, beach, supermarkets, and petrol stations all within easy driving distance. Good value and property is well-equipped and nicely furnished. ”Very clean and well equipped. Nice area, close to other cities and beaches in Cornwall. The swimming pool was advertised as 24-hour full access but in reality was open only from 10am to 6pm and needed to book every day for each session. The private spa tub was advertised but missing. ”

”We were apprehensive after reading previous reviews, however we were positively surprised. Our family room was large and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The deco is dated but everything was clean, the staff lovely and what a view!! If you want luxury, 5* accommodation, this isn't for you. If you want a comfortable, friendly hotel to stay in while having easy access to the town centre of St Ives, this is it.”

”Hotel is right on the waterfront with a big car park across the street for easy parking. Hotel is reasonably modern and well looked after. Walking distance to everything. We had an accessible (wheelchair) room and the open wetroom bathroom that has many dirty-wheeled wheelchairs rolling over it needs to be cleaned much more regularly.”
