”Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.

Hotel restaurant was just ok as the food and service was in a higher level in many of the other locations nearby. I would recomend hotel and limone and most certainly will return to this lovely place”
”The stay at Hotel Splendid Palace was amazing, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Food and drink were lovely and the two pools had beautiful views of the lake.”

”The hotel room was very simple (as in the pictures) but clean and comfortable. The lack of air conditioning or fan made the room very hot. No hair dryer or ironing facility.
We ate at the hotel several times and the food was really good and reasonably priced. Breakfast consisted of bread with ham, cheese and marmalades, yogurt, fruits, and eggs served to your liking. Everything was served to the table (no buffet) and with small variety each day, which gave a nice personal touch.

”Superaamiainen, vertaansa vailla. Sijainti hyvä, Scuolin pysäkillä kannattattaa bussista hypätä pois. Huoneet uusia, siistejä. Harmillinen epäjohdonmukaisuus tässä vihreitä arvoja vaalivassa hotellissa on erittäin voimakashajuisten kemikaalien käyttö. Kun huoneeseen astuu, on kuin kemikaaliseinä olisi vastassa. Loputonta tuuletusta ja ei parane laskea siivoojaa uusien ödöörien kanssa sisälle. Muuten mainio hotelli.”

”An excellent hotel in prime condition with a lovely spa! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had though I would have hoped for vegan options. But plus points for the fresh orange juice and the prosecco :) My fiance loved the omelette station.
The spa was wonderful, even though the 10€ price came as a suprise. But we paid it happily as it was worth it for a rainy day.

”Our apartment was super clean and beautiful! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare food, bedroom was big and bed really comfortable :) Stunning views to the mountains from the balcony. The staff was really helpful with everything we asked concerning our stay in Riva. Location is good and supermarket, restaurants etc. in walking distance or you can loan a bike from the hotel. We highly recommend Aris Apartments! :)”
