This private condo is ready to be your perfect Over-The-Rhine retreat. You’ll find the condo located on the 4th floor of the historical Parvis Lofts, all by itself with a spacious porch, complete with seating perfect for a morning coffee, or late-night glass of wine with views of the hills of Cincinnati. *Please keep in mind that this does mean you have to walk up three flights of stairs, since there is no elevator in the building.*

The space itself is beautifully decorated with a careful selection of comfortable and stylish furniture, perfect for unwinding after a long day or night out in Cincinnati. You’ll find hints of history in the exposed brick, as well as a touch of modern in the restored hardwood, and vintage accents. Enjoy the natural light and views with windows throughout all rooms.

You’ll find an open concept living area, with a plush sleeper sofa and 50-inch 4K Roku TV perfect for watching your favorite TV show. The sleeper sofa has a comfortable queen-sized gel mattress, which is the perfect addition for a larger group. If you are taking a break from the countless restaurant options, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, spices and everything you need to cook anything from spaghetti to steak. Enjoy your meals in one of the many sitting areas, at the counter, the dining room table or outside on the deck.

The bedroom is oversized, and includes another TV, dressers and drawers, closet space, and the most amazing memory foam king sized bed. On the other side of the condo, you’ll find the large bathroom with a nice shower, vanity, and space to get ready for your nights out. As a bonus, right next to the bedroom, you’ll find in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze.

To make your visit as relaxing and stress free as possible, we’ve included a parking pass for the Mercer Garage, so you can enjoy free and dedicated parking for one vehicle right across the street.
