”Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. Owner easy to work with. Some exterior upgrades going on in building. Check with owner on status if daytime noise or construction stuff is a concern of yours.”

”The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect location for visiting the Ark, the Creation Museum, and the Cincinnati Zoo. I didn't realize the laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with the first floor unit as well. Overall the property was clean. However, the shower curtain on the top level had scum and mildew on it and the comforter had 3 big stains. More furniture in the living room and porch would be nice as well. If these things were addressed we would...

”Beautifully renovated loft apartment with lovely finishes and details. Generously sized main bedroom with 5-Star hotel bed and linens. Appreciated the extra large flat screen TV so my other half could watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Nespresso machine. Free on site parking is a major amenity in this neighborhood. You know it’s a good rental when you walk in and say, “I could live here””

”The apartment was very clean and just like the pictures. It had everything we needed for our weekend in Cincy. Lots of space! Location was perfect! Walkable to great restaurants, attractions (Findlay market, TQL stadium, Washington Park, etc), and bars. Only a few blocks from the Free Streetcar stop. We had a great weekend!”
