”We were initially a little nervous after booking to find out the rental was a company. The Evolve website was easy to navigate and edit our stay as needed! The neighborhood was a safe and quiet section of the city and the host thought of all the accommodations to make the stay relaxing! Anything we forgot was stored easily accessible. ”This location was perfect for our situation. The location was halfway between our niece’s home and the church where the funeral service was held. It provided a great relaxed atmosphere for gathering with our family. We had our adult son and daughter join us for Friday -Saturday, so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. The only additional things we wish we had available would be an iron and ironing board ”

” Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. ”

”Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. ”Went do to go to Kings Island, really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen space was nice, water pressure in the shower was amazing, heat/cooling was easy to control and it was easy to find. Couch and walls needed some TLC but the bedding and towels were very clean so thats a plus for us. The lady that checked us in was really nice and told us we have assigned parking spot, well someone kept parking in ours and didnt care that it was a reserved spot for our cabin(both have numbers)....
