”Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.”

”Very nice room, well decorated with local flair. We had issues with the parking but the host did an amazing job getting the issue rectified. Bed is firm with a thick memory foam pad. Default temp seems to be set at 72. Couch is really comfortable. Patio door exits facing towards pool area which would’ve been great had we been here during pool season. My wife loves the fuzzy area rugs. There needs to be an outlet splitter or something in the bathroom. You cannot use the smart mirror and the hair...

”Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.”

”Be prepared they don't really have any shampoo or conditioners or I don't think they have any wash rags very limited no coffee in the room kind of minimum”

”Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not right!”
