The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. ”

”Nice property and accommodations!! Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. My only issue was the WiFi was out (not the hotel’s fault) and 5G was not good inside the room to get work done; and the child running loudly above us at all hours (again not hotels fault.) If any management sees this I’d just suggest placing families with small children on the bottom floor or above the lobby or places they couldn’t disturb the people below them. 😉 This will probably be our go to Boise stop. ”

"I had a great stay, sure the hotel is a little dated and could be a little cleaner,but for someone travelling alone and without a car,I liked the area.It was safe and walkable. Breakfast was good and the room had a comfy bed and plenty of space."
