”No pets , never saw another person who worked there after initial check in , as soon as I entered to check in , the Oder , was noticeable, not nice , the rooms , windows dirty streaks up and down , some rooms cracked glass , clear tape on the cracks on multiple different room windows, bed was lumpy , no room service , just for the bathroom, not pleasant was my stay with a good friend of mine , went there to go fishing , never again would we stay there , or recommend it . But I guess you get this...

”STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL. I MESSAGED EARLY IN DAY SAYING I WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 1AM TO CHECK IN AS I WAS DRIVING ALL DAY AND PURCHASED MY ROOM TO COME PASS OUT IN. WHEN I ARRIVED IT WAS 26 DEGREES OUT FREEZING AND I KEPT RINGING THE DOORBELL AND KNOCKING ON THE WINDOW AS WELL AS CALLING FOR 20 MIN. NO ONE CAME. DEMANDED REFUND FROM EXPEDIA BECAUSE EVEN THEY COULDNT REACH OFFICE. STEER CLEAR FROM HERE! ”

”One of the nicest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was amazing, from the pillows to the mattress to the sheets! And the air conditioner worked beautifully!”

”So, our room was great. The hotel and the staff were very nice. The only issue we had, however, was with the valet only situation. I felt like it was very difficult to access my vehicle overnight and I didn't like that. Also, it says it's $30 a night for valet and we were only there for one night, less than 15 hours in total, and they charged me for two nights, I contacted them through their website and they have yet to respond... it's been a week. It's just a little frustrating.”

”Great location near Old Boise and convenient to downtown. Room has everything you need plus a good kitchenette. Very quiet while we were there. ”

”Love the location. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Parking was easy but the garage did fill up later in the night. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was small and very busy with little kids, hot tub had a green hue to it but the water felt nice. Didn't seem dirty. The restaurant and lounge area was really nice. The bar is kind of small and tucked into a corner but you're downtown with nice bars and clubs a...

”This was my second time staying. This trip I felt that the employees were bothered when interacting with guests. (The employee that cleaned my room did a great job though)”
