”I stayed to attend an event at the the university nearby. The room was very nice and clean, and staff were very helpful during my stay. Very basic options for breakfast, but I knew that when I booked.”

”Parking was easy and was able to park close to room. Room was clean, although it had a moderate musty smell. The pool area was clean and nice, but the lighting was very dark. The breakfast was good, but there was no butter for toast or waffles. The coffee was very good! They did not have plain creamer available, only hazelnut and french vanilla.”

”The pool area was not clean at any point. I know customers are mess but this was bad paint off the hot tub floating in the hot tub and pool, towels laying all over the floor and tables, the bathroom had several towels on the floor. Trash by the from desk was full and falling on the floor. We had a suite and the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the sitting area. ”

”We booked online a two-day stay only, because we were not sure about the quality of the hotel. We came from Europe and our flight from Chigago to Des Moines was canceled, so we could not get to this hotel at the first day. I called and they kept our room reserved for us till we arrived, which was really nice. Kids liked the pool a lot. The breakfest was more than we could imagine, and the location was just perfect for us, so we decided to stay a whole week in this hotel. I can warmly recommend...
