”The hotel is next to a busy road, so we could hear the cars drive by at night. The rooms are a bit older looking, and not properly cleaned. Our room had some weird dirt on the floor and the wall of the bathroom. Saw a cockroach on the ground floor, it was dead though. Breakfast was pretty good, nice variety of stuff. Really appreciated the reusable plates and real utensils during breakfast, good for the environment. But please get rid of the plastic altogether, cups can be replaced with paper...

”We chose this hotel because there were 3 adults and it had a pull-out sofa. When we arrived, the man at the front desk was on his personal cellphone, so we had to stand and wait until he was done with his call. We were given an extra set of sheets. Upon entering our room, there was not an extra blank or extra pillows. We gave an extra pillow from the bed (a king bed, with only 4 pillows. The pillows were pancakes, and very uneven). ”Overall stay was okay. It was our anniversary but we were unable to rest because the bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Also didn’t realize housekeeping only came every other day.”

I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess...

”Air conditioning woke me up every time it ran. What I liked about the hotel is management gave the housekeeping staff the day off to celebrate Father’s Day.”
