”Too noisy”

”I stayed here because of other reviews. This is a Mom and Pop hotel. It is simple, but has all the necessities for a short stay. I stay in hotels nearly every weekend due to sports. This hotel was the cleanest I’ve been in for awhile. The bed was great and the towels were softer than any towels I’ve felt in a very long time. The staff was very kind and helpful. ”

”The hotel is next to a busy road, so we could hear the cars drive by at night. The rooms are a bit older looking, and not properly cleaned. Our room had some weird dirt on the floor and the wall of the bathroom. Saw a cockroach on the ground floor, it was dead though. Breakfast was pretty good, nice variety of stuff. Really appreciated the reusable plates and real utensils during breakfast, good for the environment. But please get rid of the plastic altogether, cups can be replaced with paper...

”Staff is very rude. Unwilling to help with anything. Annoyed that I asked for more towels. Stayed there 4 days. Last 2 days there was no water. Couldn't shower or brush our teeth. Asked to speak to a manager, they said she doesn't work in the office. Gave me a phone number. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. She never returned my call. We deserve a refund for the last 2 days, and they know it. But won't return our phone calls. Horrible customer service.”

”Clean hotel; very spacious rooms. The pool was great. There's a 9 inch section for toddlers that my babies enjoyed. We would stay here again.”

”Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. My only complaints were the bar was already closed when I got there at 8:30pm on a Friday night. No Air conditioning in the lobby, and I paid for breakfast in advanced, which was only up to $20, which only covered 2 small breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. I would have just went to the Waffle House down the street. I should have looked into it more, but I reserved the room in a hurry because other alofts I have been to offer much more and are lively. Late...

”Front desk associate was nice and friendly and gave us complimentary waters at check in. Breakfast was good. And our room keys had vouchers for free appetizers at Texas Roadhouse. The complimentary breakfast was good and clean as well. Would stay again.”
