”The staff were absolutely amazing, so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is a little older, but very clean. Keeping in mind that it can come off as outdated. A little bit of water pressure/drainage issues. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely sat here again! It is in a prime location next to lots of shopping and eating places. You could literally walk to just about anything you needed. ”

”THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Elisha and Eni are literally angels!! Our flight from DFW was cancelled. So we missed our checkin time by a long shot. They were so compassionate and accommodating. They allowed us to come anyway. We were exhausted. The hot tub and indoor pool is nice! Later, Lilly at the front desk was just as nice as Eni and Elisha. 10/10 recommend”

”The cleaning staff worked really hard to keep this place clean and took a lot of pride in that work…towels shaped into roses and all of those extra touches. This is a VERY old property that is doing its best to update without the budget for a remodel. If you stayed in motels in the 80s and 90s, you know. Then walls, thin ceilings, and dated. But I stress clean and good location. The people staying were mostly all working groups that loaded up trucks in the morning. Friendly, not...

”The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again.”

”In a few words it was as if I had gone inside a movie set for a drug/ crack house. The property was dirty. There were wholes punished through both sides of the bathroom door, light fixtures were missing, cigarette burns on bed sheets, human hair on bedsheets, floor was filthy. I was moved to a second room the same night. The conditions were the same. The security latch on the inside of the door was missing. One room on the bottom floor was boarded up with plywood. I was terrified to sleep there....

”Room was very dirty! There was hair in the shower, on the floor, on the pillows. Dried spills on the floor. Didn’t even sleep under the bedding because of how dirty it was. There was a sign in the lobby that says no pets allowed. The TV was very staticky and there was no back on the remote so you had to hold the batteries in to use it. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I arrived after a long travel day, I would have left and gone to a different place.”
