”The staff were absolutely amazing, so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is a little older, but very clean. Keeping in mind that it can come off as outdated. A little bit of water pressure/drainage issues. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely sat here again! It is in a prime location next to lots of shopping and eating places. You could literally walk to just about anything you needed. ”

”THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Elisha and Eni are literally angels!! Our flight from DFW was cancelled. So we missed our checkin time by a long shot. They were so compassionate and accommodating. They allowed us to come anyway. We were exhausted. The hot tub and indoor pool is nice! Later, Lilly at the front desk was just as nice as Eni and Elisha. 10/10 recommend”

”The staff member at check-in was helpful and kind. Our room was big and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The couch and chairs had ripped cushions and seams, but not terrible or gross to sit on. There was some wear and tear noted in the showers, but again, not too bad. Breakfast was good, with options including omelettes, waffles, and cereal. The kids enjoyed the pool, though the water slide wasn’t open at all. Overall, it was a good, quick stay and worth the cost. ”

”Got in around 6pm for a 6am flight the next day. Sat down in the lobby and ordered door dash for my daughter and then we ordered from the on site restaurant (that is not separate from the lobby.) Before our food came out the restaurant manager? came over, without telling our server, and told us we needed to move because we couldn’t have outside food in the lobby/restaurant. We move six feet and got our “restaurant” food to go. He was so rude. Tipped our waitress well because she had no idea what...

”spark by Hilton was located in an industrial area some homeless people. Restaurant choice was Dees. Lawn had a lot of weeds. spark breakfast had hard boiled eggs, Cereal, dry flavored oatmeal, bagels milk, apples oranges. Rooms clean good pillows good wifi. Front desk helpful payed$120 instead of 240 for Hampton inn downtown- in a better location. ”

”The desk clerk was very kind, she got us in our room a little early so we could prepare for our evening plans. Then we checked out early for travel before the breakfast was ready and she prepared a sack breakfast for our trip and even carried it out to our car for us as our hands were full of luggage. I give her a 10+!”

”Friendly front desk, safe secure parking , excellent shuttle service to and from airport 24/7. Clean rooms and convenient food and beverages until 10pm. Highly recommends ”
