”The room beautiful, but the matless need to be changed, the shower could be cleaner and the rest is ok”

”Professional staff, clean property inside and outside. Very good free parking, room air condition works hot and cold no problems.”

”Room was not cleaned properly. Construction on the floor we were on should not have been open for guests. We understand that the hotel is going thru some renovations which is fine, but close the floor if the construction crew is dismantling the floor with debris left in the hallways.”

”This hotel should be avoided. The rooms smell of smoke as if someone was smoking right be the vents. It is dirty and in an industrial area. There are people who live in this hotel and it has affected the quality of the building. Do not stay here.”

”The Laundry Rooms is a great place to stay and close to everything!”

”Very basic breakfast”

”There was a parking charge that wasn't mentioned upon check in.. no shampoo in the shower.. difficult to get to.. 1 towel for 3 people.. It was just okay”

”fun”

”Location was ok. Room was clean. But we had no towels in the room (none), had to ask. Also, the fancy coffee maker broke down (or had to be cleaned) twice during breakfast. Disaster! ”

”Staff Rochell (fornt desk) was amazing, she was very helpful, the room is very clean. The building is clean and smells good. One thing they have to work on is the washroom door stopper and the location of the coffee maker was inconvenient.”

”The property is very old with little to no renovations. The location is not ideal considering the front door of the hotel being unsafe due to the presence of unsavory characters. The hotel was very noisy on the street level during late hours of the night. The room was definitely not worth the price. The underground parking was very minimal and usually full. I have stayed at other Staybridge Hotels in the past that were very pleasant. This hotel definitely needs attention!”
