”Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. If you look at the pictures there is no outside photos of the building and the two bathroom photos show different decoration and the toilet and sink are in different positions. Now we need to...

”Room was great and very spacious. Unfortunately the safe never worked kept coming up with error message and despite 2 requests it was never sorted which was very disappointing. Bar staff and grill staff excellent.in particular Katie Rose so helpful and friendly.”
