In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! ”Stayed here for a couple of nights over the Easter weekend and the whole stay was great. The staff was very helpful and attentive, the rooms are a great size, very clean and have all the amenities you could ask for. Had breakfast & dinner at the motel diner and was lovely food as well so could well recommend this if you’re not too sure where to go for food. Overall great place to stay if you’re in the area!”

”Old building with nice decor but dysfunctional as a hotel. No air conditioning, window doesn’t really open, shower leaks water on the floor, and bed was very bad. Avoid the kitchen.”

”Everything was excellent except the room servicing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and meal service was v good. The only disappointments were the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The room needed vacuuming and the loo and shower needed a good clean. Also, cups, glasses and tea hadn’t been replenished. Oh, and when we returned from sightseeing on Sat evening we couldn’t get a space in the carpark as it was full of pub visitors. Would be good if they had spaces...
