”Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

”Overall great! Parking garage was a block away, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. All items in building worked. Really appreciated the washer / dryer with detergent provided. Also, shower was nice and soaps/shampoo/conditioner provided. Only major concern would be - 3rd floor location, steps are steep, narrow and spiral. Just be careful up and down with luggage. Overall would strongly recommend, host was available for communication. Wonderful stay.”

”We stayed here for an event at the convention center and it was perfect. Great for 2 people, anymore would be snug. In a nice area of Philly, easy to walk to tons of food and activities. The bed was very comfy and was great for our 2 night stay. We were able to drop off our suitcases quickly before moving to parking. I do recommend pre-buying parking in a lot/garage close as they tend to be more expensive day of. ”

I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!”

”Great location, comfortable mattresses. The living room and master bedroom are the same room, so there are just three rooms total (bedroom, kitchen, living room / bedroom combo) plus the bathroom.”

”Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....

”The hosts were very communicative and helpful. This was a perfect space for 3 friends. It’s a beautiful open space. The location is good walking distance to restaurants and music venues. Everything was spotless. The kitchen space was well appointed. We would definitely stay here again. ”
