”Went on a Sunday night and went past 12 o’clock wanted to charge me over 200 and something dollars for a day! don’t know why they change the price at 12 o’clock!”

”Clean room, upscale design and high tech for checking in which is great. Avoided check in by downloading the app and used the virtual key on the app to get into the room. Staff friendly and hotel great.”

”Nice hotel with an interesting interior. Close to Tropicana casino and the beach. However, the best thing about it is free parking and breakfast on weekends.”

”Great place to stay for a good nights sleep and we brought our little dog.”

”We enjoyed our stay at Resorts. The sink area in the bathroomwas small. There was a glass shelf unit over the toilet. It would be more useful if the shelf unit was closer to the sinnk. The tub in the bathroom is on the high side, diffcult for people with mobiity issues to get in and out. Overal we were satisfied with our stay.”

”Very clean room but everything is very old, you need to update the room electronics”

”The waiters in Gordon Ramsay Pub didn't know what they were doing.”

”Room was nice and tidy, good location”

”My wife and I have celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at BW -Flagship quite a few times and we love the location close to the beach and the area surrounding the hotel is very quiet. We love the balcony views and the easy travel from other Hotels/Casinos and Restaurants in town not to mention the Atlantic City Boardwalk . The rooms are always clean and staff friendly and helpful. We’ll be back”

”Very nice stay, friendly staff, excellent location. Checking in and out smooth, check-out automate worked nicely.”

”If anything, the staff was too helpful. Check-in was at 4pm, room is in great condition but then staff tried coming in at 7pm same day! While we were in there. Weird but okay. Found the do not disturb button afterwards and set it to on. Following morning we went out for breakfast and shopping, came back and the room was cleaned again. Figured okay, maybe it’s mandatory to come in mornings regardless of the do not disturb sign. Not gonna make a scene. A few hours they tried to come in yet again...

”We were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade that included a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views, tasty reasonably priced snacks and drinks and excellent service. Comfortable beds, big TV, fast self-checkout and reliable Wi-Fi were also positives. However, the room had several issues: the AC dripped water inside, was noisy and so was the small fridge. The room, though upgraded, on the 7th floor, was dark and offered a...
